  1. WHAT PROCESSING DOES THE WEBSITE PROVIDE? 
  1. Browsing data.    

The computer systems and software procedures responsible for the operation of this site acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. 

This category of data includes the IP addresses, date and time of the request to the server, URL visited, browser and operating system used, the device used, the numeric code that indicates the response status of the server (successful, error etc.), the logs of the download activities of the explanatory material contained in the site. 

The http redirect does not generate personal data accessible or negotiable by the Data Controller. 

The legal basis is the legitimate interest of the Data Controller pursuant to art 6.I let. F) of Reg. EU 679/16 and therefore the user’s consent is not required. 

B.1. Sending of communications to the e-mail accounts indicated on the website. 

The sending of text messages to the e-mail accounts on the site involves the acquisition of the contact data of the sender, as well as any personal data communicated by the Data Subject necessary to comply with the request, including, where appropriate, in the form of an annex. The legal basis of the processing is the fulfilment of contractual obligations pursuant to art 6.I lett. b) of Reg. EU 679/16.  

B.2. Sending of requests for assistance and support via contact form. 

During navigation, the user can contact the Data Controller using the appropriate contact form on the site to request assistance and support regarding the products purchased. The Data Controller will take charge and verify the request. The legal basis of the processing is constituted by the fulfilment of contractual obligations pursuant to art 6.I lett. b) del Reg. Ue 679/16. 

B.3. Subscription to the newsletter service. 

During navigation the user can choose whether to subscribe to the newsletter service containing information on commercial initiatives, offers, discounts and promotions. The subscription is optional. The legal basis of the processing is the consent freely expressed by the Data Subject pursuant to art 6.I lett.a). The consent is always freely revocable by clicking on the link in the newsletter. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on the previously expressed consent. 

 

C. Fulfilment of legal obligations.  

The Data Controller will process your personal data in order to comply with obligations imposed by the laws and regulations in force such as, for example, making data available to the Public Authority in case of accesses, investigations and inspections. The legal basis of the treatment is constituted by the fulfilment of legal obligations pursuant to art 6.I let. c) Reg. UE 679/16.

The data of the form will be processed by authorized personnel and may be communicated to the companies of the group to verify the user’s requests. 

All data subject to processing may be made available to the Public Authority in case of investigations and inspections. 

The Data Controller may communicate the Data Subject’s data to legal advisers, lawyers and experts if such communication is necessary to establish or defend a right in court or in the context of out-of-court proceedings. 

The newsletter service is powered by the platform Mailchimp, property of The Rocket Science Group, LLC 675 Ponce de Leon Ave NE Suite 5000 Atlanta, GA 30308 USA. The employees of PS Company S.r.l. have access to the management interface of the newsletter and to carry out assistance and support activities. 

The personal data involved in this processing are transferred to the USA. Mailchimp ensures an adequate level of protection by undertaking to take the security measures described in this Data Processing Addendum found on https://mailchimp.com/legal/data-processing-addendum/ 

The data of the newsletter are stored on the ERP provided by Zucchetti SPA, formally appointed as Data Controller, LOGIS’ employees formally authorized formalmente autorizzato proceed to insertion. 

The data may be made available to the Public Authority in case of investigations and inspections. 

The Data Controller may communicate the Data Subject’s data to legal advisers, lawyers and experts if such communication is necessary to establish or defend a right in court or in the context of out-of-court proceedings. 

 

  1. HOW LONG WILL YOU KEEP MY DATA?

The navigation data are kept for 30 days from the date of creation of the log. They are subject to any extension of the storage time resulting from requests from the Judicial Authority.

The data communicated by the Data Subject are kept for 24 months from the date of its receipt.

5.1. WHAT COOKIES ARE 

Cookies are small text files that the sites visited by users send to their terminals where they are stored and then transmitted to the same sites on the next visit. A cookie does not retransmit any other data stored on the user’s hard drive, nor does it retransmit viruses or communicate email addresses.
